Yongho "Andrew" Lee

Andrew Lee is an attorney in the Space & Satellite Group and Government Contracts Practice at Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C., office. His experience spans litigation, investigations, and transactions related to public contracts in various fora. Andrew also represents clients in litigation in federal, state, and agency courts.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Andrew served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and as a litigation associate at a law firm in Washington, D.C. During his time at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Andrew served as an empirical articles editor for the law review, selecting, editing, and publishing articles involving complex statistical analysis. Andrew also worked as a student advocate representing indigent clients before the United States Supreme Court.

On August 13, 2025, President Trump signed Executive Order 14335, “Enabling Competition in the Commercial Space Industry,” marking a significant step toward accelerating U.S. space launches and activities. The order prioritizes national competitiveness, mandates faster licensing and permitting, and assigns clear responsibilities to federal agencies to support commercial space growth through 2030.
